Search Engine Ranking Tool

I am looking for someone who has created code for checking ranking on Google and other Search engines. I wish to create some in house rank checking tools for my business.
This project is to consult the tools and to allow you to bid privately for a bigger project. Treat this featured project as a place holder so we can start talking.
You need to have created code for checking rankings on at least google - you must be able to create a desktop application to run at least on windows. Using Air would be a bonus.
If possible I would like examples of your work in this area or with other desktop applications.
